LEVE Housing works directly with the clients and local banks to attempt to arrange viable mortgage financing. 

Current program proposals for financing include:

Certified, apporved mortgages.

No-Fault Mortgages- bank mortgages backed by donors.
Adopt a mortgage- Mortgages directly backed by a donor, or by a family member abroad.  This is facilitated through a LEVE-US Bank partnership under US law.

Bridge the gap- Donors bridge the gap between the bank's market interest rate, and the clients ability to afford.  (ie subsidized mortgages).

Secondary-market mortgages
In order to create tangible, wealth for our clients, sometimes properties need to become liquid.  Our clients need viable secondary clients with access to financing.  We aim to have available our mortgage programs for secondary
